1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website operated by Compagnie de Fournitures Techniques et de Services (CFTS), a group operating in Senegal, Ivory Coast, Guinea Conakry, Burkina Faso and Niger.
2. Access to the site
The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site (hardware, software, Internet connection) are the sole responsibility of the user. CFTS reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for maintenance or any other reason.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, icons, sounds, software, databases) is the exclusive property of CFTS or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, of the Site or its content, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written authorization from CFTS.
4. Quote requests
The Site allows professionals (B2B) to submit quote requests for equipment in the fields of hydraulics, agriculture and construction. Information provided in forms is transmitted to the relevant CFTS subsidiary. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a contractual commitment. CFTS reserves the right to follow up or not on requests received.
