Compagnie de Fournitures Techniques et de Services (CFTS), with its registered office at 2 Voies Liberte 6 Extension, Dakar, Senegal, is the data controller for personal data collected on this site.

We collect the following data when you use our site: first and last name (contact form), email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), business sector, message content, IP address (anonymized for statistics), browsing data (pages visited, visit duration).

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is collected to: respond to your quote requests and route them to the relevant subsidiary, manage your newsletter subscription, produce anonymous traffic statistics, improve the operation and security of the site.

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on: your consent (newsletter, analytical cookies), the legitimate interest of CFTS (statistics, security), the execution of pre-contractual measures (quote requests).

5. Data retention period

Quote request data is retained for 3 years from the last interaction. Newsletter data is retained as long as your subscription is active. Connection logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.
